Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for responsible use of NivoraTools, including prohibited content, abuse, security misuse, spam, and illegal activity.
Effective date: August 11, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed on NivoraTools. It applies to all users, accounts, API usage, uploaded content, tool inputs, generated outputs, shared results, and integrations. Violations may result in warnings, throttling, content removal, suspension, termination, or reporting to appropriate authorities where required.

You may not use NivoraTools to create, facilitate, promote, conceal, or perform illegal activity or activity that creates a serious risk of harm. This includes fraud, phishing, scams, identity theft, extortion, harassment, exploitation, trafficking, evasion of law enforcement, or instructions for violence or physical harm.
2. Security Abuse
You may not use NivoraTools to attack, disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, accounts, or data. Prohibited security misuse includes malware, credential theft, unauthorized scanning, vulnerability exploitation, bot activity, denial-of-service activity, bypassing access controls, or distributing tools intended for unauthorized compromise.
3. Privacy Violations
You may not upload, process, publish, or distribute personal information without proper rights, consent, or legal basis. You may not use NivoraTools for doxing, stalking, surveillance, scraping personal data at scale, re-identification, or exposing private credentials, keys, tokens, financial details, health data, or government identifiers.

6. Platform Integrity
You may not interfere with the operation of NivoraTools. This includes overloading the service, bypassing usage limits, abusing free tiers, sharing accounts to avoid fees, scraping non-public platform data, reverse engineering protected portions of the service, or attempting to access another user's account or data.
7. High-Risk and Regulated Use
NivoraTools is not designed to make final decisions in high-risk areas such as medical care, emergency response, employment eligibility, credit, insurance, housing, legal rights, financial trading, or critical infrastructure. You may not use outputs as the sole basis for decisions that have legal, financial, safety, or similarly significant effects without qualified human review and required compliance controls.
8. Enforcement
We may review reports, usage patterns, logs, and content when we believe this policy may have been violated. We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, block traffic, preserve evidence, notify affected parties, or cooperate with lawful requests. We may consider severity, intent, repeat behavior, risk to others, and whether a user cooperates in remediation.
9. Reporting Abuse
If you believe NivoraTools is being used for abuse, infringement, security attacks, or illegal activity, contact us through the contact page with enough detail for us to investigate, including URLs, account identifiers if known, timestamps, screenshots, and a description of the issue.
