Copyright Policy
How NivoraTools handles copyright complaints, takedown requests, counter notices, and repeat infringement.
Effective date: August 11, 2026
NivoraTools respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how copyright owners can report alleged infringement and how users can respond if they believe content was removed by mistake.
1. User Responsibility
Users must have appropriate rights before uploading, processing, converting, publishing, sharing, or distributing content through NivoraTools. You may not use the platform to infringe copyrights, remove ownership notices, bypass access controls, or distribute unauthorized copies of protected works.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on NivoraTools infringes your copyright, send a notice through the contact page or the support channel listed for NivoraTools. To help us review the report, include:
- Your legal name and contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on NivoraTools.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Review and Takedown
When we receive a complete and credible notice, we may remove or disable access to the reported content, notify the affected user when appropriate, preserve relevant records, or request more information. We may reject incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or unclear notices.
4. Counter Notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have rights to use the content, you may send a counter notice through the contact page. Include your legal name, contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement explaining why removal was a mistake, a statement consenting to the appropriate legal process where required, and your physical or electronic signature.
5. Repeat Infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly submit infringing content. We may also restrict features, remove shared content, or block access where necessary to protect rights holders and the platform.
6. Misrepresentations
Submitting false or misleading copyright notices or counter notices may create legal liability. Only submit a notice if you have a good faith basis and authority to do so.
7. Trademarks and Other Rights
This policy focuses on copyright. For trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights complaints, contact us with a clear description of the rights at issue, the content location, and your authority to act.
8. Contact
Copyright-related requests should be sent through the NivoraTools contact page or support channel with enough detail for us to investigate efficiently.
